Domicile: Must have a valid domicile certificate of Jammu & Kashmir or Ladakh.
Education:
Must have passed 10+2 from JKBOSE or CBSE schools located in J&K/Ladakh for undergraduate entries.
For Lateral Entry (into 2nd year Engineering), must have passed a Diploma from a polytechnic recognized by the State Board of Technical Education.
Income: Family income from all sources must not exceed ₹8 Lakh per annum.
Placement: Students must apply and get admission through the AICTE Centralized Counseling process (except for MBBS/BDS/BAMS, which require NEET).

4. Counseling & Allotment
