The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has successfully completed the first and second rounds of counselling for BSc Nursing, BSc Paramedical, and BSc Technology courses for the current academic session. • Expected Dates: The process is anticipated to begin either in the last week of August or the first week of September.
• Mode of Counselling: The 3rd round is expected to be conducted in Online Mode, allowing candidates to register preferences through the official portal.
• Seat Matrix Release: A category-wise and institution-wise vacant seat matrix will be uploaded to the official portal prior to preference filling.

Alternative Scenario: Direct / Mop-Up Admissions

In the unlikely event that JKBOPEE decides against conducting a centralized 3rd online round, the vacant seats will not go unfilled. Instead, admissions will be processed via direct physical institutional rounds.

For this direct admission procedure, a separate notification and guidelines will be issued directly by the J&K Paramedical & Nursing Council. Under this mechanism, eligible candidates will be allowed to report directly to colleges with vacant seats as per the merit criteria established by the regulatory bodies.
