The J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has officially published the provisional selection list for candidates who participated in the horizontal reservation counseling for admission to B.Sc. Nursing, B.Sc. Paramedical, and B.Sc. Technology Courses for the academic session 2026 across government and private institutions in Jammu & Kashmir.
Candidates belonging to horizontal reservation categories (such as PWD, Sports, CDP, JKPM, etc.) who submitted their preferences can now check their seat allocation status in the provisional selection list. All selected candidates must report to their assigned institutes to complete the admission formalities within the stipulated timeframe.

Candidates whose names appear in the selection list must report physically to their respective allotted colleges. It is mandatory to complete the registration and fee payment processes within the designated dates to confirm admission.
1. Reporting to Allotted Colleges
Candidates must present themselves along with all original academic documents, category certificates, and required admission fees at the office of the concerned Principal/Head of Institution.
2. List of Documents Required for Verification
Candidates should bring original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies:
- 10+2 Marks Card (Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English)
- Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K / UT of Ladakh
- Matriculation Certificate (10th Diploma) for Date of Birth proof
- Relevant Horizontal Reservation / Category Certificate
- Transfer / Character Certificate from the last attended school or college
- Medical Fitness Certificate issued by an authorized Medical Officer
- Recent Passport Size Photographs
Note for Colleges & Candidates: Heads of Institutions are advised to thoroughly verify all original credentials and certificates before confirming admission. Any disparity or invalid document found will lead to immediate cancellation of the seat allotted to the candidate.
What Next After Horizontal Counseling?
If any seats remain unfilled after the completion of admission for horizontal reservation categories, JKBOPEE will notify the updated seat matrix and issue guidelines for subsequent rounds of counseling or mop-up physical counseling.
