Jammu and Kashmir board of school education JKBOSE has released the application forms for National Means Merit Cum Scholarship Scheme For Academic Sesson 2023-24. In this article we will provideo you details regarding this scholarship scheme and will provide application form PDF .

Eligibility Criteria For NMMS Scholarship Scheme 2023-24.

The eligibility criteria for NMMS Scholarship Scheme has been mentioned below.

• Candidates must have to be student of class 8th
• Candidates must have to be resident of Jammu Kashmir UT
• Candidates have minimum 55% marks in 7th class and in case of SC ST candidates must have 50% Marks in 7th class.
• Candidates must have anual family income less then 3.5 lakh per anum.

Selection Procedure For NMMS Scholarship Scheme 2023-24.

Selection procedure for NMMSS Scholarship Scheme For 2023-24 has been mentioned below.

Candidates should have to qualify thr entrance test which consists of following 2 papers after that they will get selection.

• Mental Appittute Test (MAT). 
• Scientific Appetite Test (SAT).

Pattern Of Paper For NMMS Scholarship Scheme 2023-24.

Pattern of paper shall comprise on MCQ questions which are mentioned below.

Amount Of Scholarship Given In NMMS Scholarship Scheme 2023-24.

After successfully qualifying the both papers selected candidates shall get the amount of 12000 per year from class 8th to class 12th total 48000 rupees for 4 years in equal installments for that candidate shall have to qualify all the exams with below mentioned marks.

• Class 8th with 50 percent marks 
• Class 9th with 60 percent marks.
• Class 11th & 12th in first attempt with 60 percent marks.

List Of Documents Required For NMMS Scholarship Scheme 2023-24

Candidate shall have to attach the following documents with the application form

• Class 7th marks card.
• Income certificate
• Domicile certificate
• Category certificate (if any)

Duration For Entrance Test Of NMMS Scholarship Scheme 2023-24.

Their will be two papers MAT & SAT for every paper there will be 90 questions and each question Cary 1 marks candidates will get 1 minute for 1 question that's 90 minutes will be given to candidates for each paper.

Qualifying Marks For NMMS Scholarship Scheme 2023-24 Entrance Test.

Candidate shall have to get minimum 40% marks on entrance test each paper and in case of SC ST 35% to qualify the test

Candidates shall have to submit offline application form on or before 31st January 2024.
