The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has officially issued the Provisional Selection List for the 3rd Round (Mop-Up Round) of counselling for admission to 12th-Based Paramedical and Diploma Courses across Government and Private colleges in UT of J&K and Ladakh.

Candidates who participated in the 3rd/Mop-Up counselling round can now verify their allotment status in the official PDF notification available on the board's portal. This selection list covers multiple diploma streams including Medical Assistant / Pharmacist, Lab Technician, Dental Assistant, X-Ray Technician, ECG Technician, and other allied paramedical courses.

Important Reporting & Admission Guidelines

Provisionally selected candidates must report to their allotted Government or Private institution within the timeline specified in the notification. Failure to report within the prescribed schedule results in automatic cancellation of the seat allotment.

Verify your Roll Number, Name, Rank, and Allotted College/Discipline in Annexure-A of the notification.
Candidates must carry all original certificates along with self-attested photocopies to the allotted institute.
Institutions are instructed to verify all eligibility criteria and certificates strictly before confirming final admission.
Any shortfall or unfilled seats after the admission cut-off date will be reported by the head of the institutions directly to JKBOPEE.

Documents Required for Verification

Keep the following original documents and photocopies ready for submission at the allotted institution:

Marks card of Higher Secondary Part-II (10+2) Examination
Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation Diploma/Marks card)
Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K / UT of Ladakh
Category Certificate (if applicable, in valid format)
Provisional / Discharge Certificate from the institution last attended
Recent passport-size photographs as required by the institution

Navigate to the Notifications section on the homepage.
Click on the notification titled "Provisional Selection List of Candidates for Admission to 12th-Based Paramedical/Diploma Courses (Round 3)".
Open the PDF and use Ctrl + F to search for your Roll Number or Name.
Save and print the selection notification for the reporting process.
