PMSSS 2026 Eligibility Criteria

- Domicile: Must possess a valid Domicile Certificate of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir or Ladakh.
- Education: Must have passed the 10+2 (Intermediate) examination from JKBOSE or CBSE school located within J&K/Ladakh for General degree courses. For Lateral Entry (Diploma holders), passing an AICTE-approved diploma from the State Polytechnic is mandatory.
- Income Limit: The total family income from all sources must not exceed Rs. 8.00 Lakh per annum. An authentic income certificate issued by the competent authority is required.
