Mandatory Documents for Admission

All candidates who have been provisionally selected or upgraded in the first round of allotment are strictly directed to report to their respective allotted colleges. To finalize the admission, candidates must carry the following original documents along with self-attested photocopies:

1. Marks card of Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM).
2. Registration Certificate issued by the J&K Paramedical/Nursing Council.
3. Domicile Certificate of the Union Territory of J&K (or Ladakh, as applicable).
4. Class 12th (HSC) Marks Card and Passing Certificate.
5. Valid Category Certificate (RBA, SC, ST, OSC, ALC/IB, EWS, PSP), if applicable.
6. Medical Fitness Certificate issued by an authorized medical authority.
7. Any other document explicitly demanded by the concerned College/Institution.

Important Note: Admission will be granted provisionally and is subject to the thorough verification of these original documents by the college administration. If any discrepancy or mismatch is found in the academic or category credentials, the selection will be cancelled instantly.

Crucial Guidelines and Reporting Deadlines

Candidates must keep a strict track of the dates specified in the official notification. Failing to report to the designated college within the stipulated time frame will result in automatic forfeiture of the seat, and such candidates will not be eligible to participate in the subsequent round of counseling (if any).
