NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam Paper Pattern

The structure of the re-examination remained aligned with the standard NEET UG blueprint. The test was conducted in a pen-and-paper (offline) mode, comprising multiple-choice questions (MCQs) from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany & Zoology).

Each subject was divided into two sections: Section A (35 compulsory questions) and Section B (15 questions, out of which candidates had to attempt any 10). The marking scheme follows the standard protocol:
