Recruitment for Faculty and Office Assistant at J&K Bank Rural Self-Employment Training Institutes (JKBRSETIs)

J&K Bank is inviting applications for the positions of Faculty and Office Assistant at its Rural Self-Employment Training Institutes (JKBRSETIs). The available positions are on a contract basis, and applicants should meet the following requirements.

1. Faculty Positions:  

   - Bandipora: 1  

   - Budgam: 1  

   - Kulgam: 1  


2. Office Assistant Positions:  

   - Srinagar: 1  

   - Kulgam: 1  

   - Poonch: 1

Eligibility Criteria for J& K Bank Recruitment 2025

1. Domicile: Applicants must be residents of Jammu & Kashmir.

2. Age Limit: Applicants must be between 22 to 40 years old as of 01-01-2025.

3. Contract Duration: The contract will be for 3 years, with the possibility of renewal each year. 

Qualifications:

Faculty:

1) Must have a Graduate or Post-Graduate degree (Science, Commerce, Arts, etc.).

2) Preference will be given to those with degrees in Rural Development, Sociology, Psychology, etc.

3) Good communication and computer skills are necessary.

Office Assistant:

1) Must have a Graduate degree (BSW, B.A., B.Com) with computer knowledge.

2) Knowledge of basic accounting is preferred.

3) Fluency in local language, Hindi, and English is a plus.

4) Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel) and typing skills in English are beneficial.

Examination Structure:

1. Faculty Exam:  

i) Computer Aptitude: Consists of 50 questions, having 50 marks, for the duration of 30 minutes.

ii) General Knowledge: Consists of 50 questions, having 50 marks, for the duration of 30 minutes. 

   Total: 100 questions, 100 marks, 60 minutes

2. Office Assistant Exam:  

i) Computer Aptitude: Consists of 50 questions,  having 50 marks, for the duration of 30 minutes

ii) General Knowledge: Consists of 50 questions, having 50 marks, and for the duration of 30 minutes.

   Total: 100 questions, 100 marks, 60 minutes

To qualify, candidates must score at least 35% in each section. After the exam, those who perform well will be called for an interview.

Interview:

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview. The details about the interview will be sent later.

Candidates must bring the required documents. If any document is missing, their application will be canceled.
