Indian Navy SSC Officer Recruitment 2024: 250 Posts, Application started
The Indian Navy released the notification for the Short Service Commission (SSC) Officers to fill up almost 250 vacancies.
The interested, eligible and unmarried men & women are invited to apply for the course of SSC commencing from june 2025 at Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala.
Eligible candidates who want to join Indian Navy can submit their online application from 14th of September 2024 until 29th September 2024.

Indian Navy Eligibility Criteria 2024:
Indian Navy SSC Officer Recruitment 2024: Candidates wishing to apply for the Indian Navy SSO Officer must first check the citizenship rules laid down by the Government of India and check their eligibility given below:
Age Limit:
• Candidates age limit varies from branch to branch but usually it's between 18 to 24 years of age.
• Candidates willing to apply for the educational branch must be born between 2 July 2000 to 01 July 2004.
Educational Qualification:
• Like the age limit the educational qualifications also varies from branch to branch.
• For posts viz; Pilot/ Naval Air Operations/ Air Traffic Controller must have acquired at least 60% in BE/ B.Tech with any discipline.
• Candidates must have attained 60% marks in English in class X and XII.
• Applicants who are willing to apply for SSC (pilot) entry are advised to check the physical and medical standards prescribed by SSB, Aviation Medical examination, CPSS.
Indian Navy SSC Officer Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The Indian Navy will first commence a SSC course in june 2025 for selection procedure.
• The candidates will be selected first on the basis of marks scored by them in the examination.
• The candidates who will qualify the examination have to send proof of qualifying degree through email @navy.gov.in
• Then the selected candidates will be called for an interview through SMS and email.
• The candidates then must go through a medical fitness examination.
• The final merit list will be made on the basis of SSB marks and medical examination.
