J&K PMSSS Scholarship 2023-24: Application Form (till 20 June) , Document Verification, Merit List

Domicile students of Jammu & Kashmir who are in need of financial support for their higher studies can apply for J&K PMSSS Scholarship 2023. The scholarship is offered to the candidates to pursue degree and diploma courses pursued outside the UT of Jammu & Kashmir. The online application form for the scholarship is now available and the last date for registration is 20th June 2023, 5PM. Interested candidates who also meet the prescribed eligibility can apply for this scholarship by visiting the AICTE website.

J&K PMSSS Scholarship 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria prescribed below can apply for the J&K PMSSS Scholarship 2023:

• 1. Domicile: The candidate must be a domicile of UT of Jammu and Kashmir.
• 2. Education: Students should have passed 10+2 examination from a school affiliated to J&K Board or CBSE affiliated school located in J&K.
• 3. Lateral Entry (Diploma): Applicants must have passed 10+3 Diploma from J&K State Polytechnics to be eligible for admission in direct second year in prescribed list of colleges.
• 4. Income: The annual family income from all sources should not be more than Rs. 8.0 lakhs per annum.
• 5. Other: Only those willing to study outside the State of J&K are eligible for the scholarship.
• 6. Students who qualify entrance examination conducted by Central/ State Govt. (NEET/ JEE) are eligible for scholarships.

Ineligibility for the scholarship

1. Candidates who will pursue their degree/ diploma courses from Open University will not be eligible for the PMSSS scholarship.

2. Those who are availing financial benefits from any other scheme are not eligible for the PMSSS scholarship.

3. Applicants getting admission under management quota will not be eligible to apply for the PMSSS scholarship.
