As per the latest updates, the provisional seat allotment and final selection list for PMSSS 2026 will be released on 11th August 2026 by 5:00 PM. Candidates who have locked their preferred choices can log in to their student portal to check their allotment status.

How to Check Your PMSSS 2026 Selection List Status

Follow these simple step-by-step instructions to check whether a college has been allotted to you:

1. Visit the official AICTE JK PMSSS portal.
2. Navigate to the Candidate Login section.
3. Enter your Candidate ID (Registration Number) and Password.
4. Click on the Login button to access your dashboard.
5. Look for the Seat Allotment Status tab on your dashboard to see your allotted college and course.

What Next? Understanding Freeze, Float, and Not Interested Options

Once you view your allotment result, you will be required to choose one of three mandatory options to proceed further with the scholarship process:

1. Freeze Option

Select Freeze if you are completely satisfied with the college and seat allotted to you. By choosing this option, you confirm your acceptance of the seat and agree to join the allotted institution.

2. Float Option

Select Float if you are not satisfied with the currently allotted college and wish to upgrade to a higher preference in the upcoming rounds of counseling. (Note: You keep your current seat provisionally while competing for a better option).

3. Not Interested Option

Select Not Interested if you no longer wish to participate in the PMSSS 2026 process or take admission through this scholarship. Choosing this option will exit you from further counseling rounds.
