Application & Selection Process

The admission and selection workflow consists of four systematic steps:

Step 1: Online Registration

Step 2: Entrance Exam
Appear for the mandatory scholarship entrance examination scheduled on 25th July 2026.

Step 3: Document Verification
Submit your physical application forms and original documents at your nearest designated Army Unit.

Step 4: Seat Allotment & Confirmation
Once the selection is confirmed officially, deposit the required registration fee in the allotted college/university account.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill the following parameters to be eligible for the Indian Army's Sadbhavna Scholarship:

• Domicile: Must be a permanent resident/domicile holder of the UT of Jammu & Kashmir or UT of Ladakh.
• Family Income: The total annual family income from all sources must be less than 7 Lakhs per annum (Rs. 7,00,000/-).
