JK NEET UG 2026 Official Seat Matrix: Check Complete Details

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the results for NEET UG 2026. Aspirants seeking admission into medical colleges across Jammu & Kashmir are now awaiting the official seat distribution and counseling schedule. Understanding the college-wise seat matrix is essential for planning your preferences during the choice-filling process.

J&K NEET UG 2026 Counseling Details

As per the guidelines of the National Medical Commission (NMC) and state policies, MBBS seat allocation in Jammu and Kashmir is conducted as follows:

• 85% State Quota Seats: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) will conduct state counseling for 85% of the total seats reserved for UT candidates.
• 15% All India Quota (AIQ) Seats: The remaining 15% of government medical college seats will be filled through centralized online counseling conducted by the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC).
• Counseling Dates: The official notification and complete registration schedule from JKBOPEE will be released within a few days.
