Selection & Merit Determination Procedure

The selection process involves specific parameters to ensure a fair shortlisting mechanism:

• Criteria: Selection will be entirely based on an Applied Test / Interview carrying a total of 100 marks.
• Tie-Resolution: If two or more candidates score equal marks in the merit list cut-off, the tie will be resolved based on the Date of Birth. The older candidate will be ranked higher.
• Experience Validity: Only experience acquired after obtaining the essential qualifying degree or diploma will be taken into consideration.

Key Guidelines & General Conditions

• The contractual engagement will automatically expire on 31.10.2026 or when regular posts are filled up, whichever is earlier.
• Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly pay of Rs. 51,684 but will not be entitled to PF, NPS subscription, gratuity, or promotion benefits.
• Candidates may be required to work in shifts and can be posted in any department of the Institute. Private practice of any form is strictly prohibited.
• No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in tests, interviews, or during document verification.

3. Hard Copy Submission: After online submission, print out the filled application form, self-attest every single page along with the attached documents, and send it via Speed Post/by hand to the designated official address.
