JOIN NOWJ&K Labour Scholarship Scheme 2026: Registration Open: Check Details
Good news for the students of Jammu and Kashmir! The JKBOCW (Labour Department) has officially started the registration for the Labour Scholarship 2026 today. This scheme provides significant financial help to the children of registered construction workers.
Important Update: The registration has started from today and will remain open for approximately two months.
Scholarship Benefits (Amount)

| 1st to 5th | ₹2,500 |
| 6th to 8th | ₹3,500 |
| 9th to 10th | ₹4,500 |
| 11th to 12th | ₹6,000 |
| Higher/Professional | ₹10,000 - ₹50,000 |
Eligibility Criteria
- Parent must have an active Labour Card.
- The worker should be registered with JKBOCW for at least 90 days.
- Student must be studying in a recognized institution.
- Attendance and previous marks should meet the board's requirements.
