The Jammu & Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has officially released the schedule for the submission of offline examination forms for the Annual/Bi-annual Session 2024-25 under the Jammu & Kashmir State Open School (JKSOS).

This notification applies to all eligible candidates, including those in the reappear, failure, or backlog categories from previous sessions for both Class 10th and Class 12th.


Submission Schedule and Fee Structure

Candidates must submit their forms at the JKBOSE Divisional, Sub, or Branch offices. The fee varies based on the submission date:

Key Instructions for Candidates

  • Form Availability: Permission-cum-Examination forms are available at JKBOSE offices for a cost of Rs. 20/- per form.

  • Photo Requirement: Candidates must affix one recent digital colored photograph on their form.

  • Details: Ensure that registered particulars are filled in strictly according to records.

  • Mandatory Info: Mobile numbers and Aadhar numbers must be recorded on the enrolment sheets.

  • Offline Mode: All forms must be submitted in offline mode through the respective accredited JKSOS centers or institutions.

Important Note for Institutions

The Heads of Accredited Centers must ensure that only five candidates are recorded on each side of the enrolment sheet. If a deadline falls on a holiday, the next working day will be considered the last date for submission.
