1. Eligibility Criteria

• Domicile: Must be a resident of the UT of J&K or UT of Ladakh.
• Age: Minimum 17 years and Maximum 35 years as of December 31, 2026.
• Education: 10+2 passed from a recognized board (JKBOSE/CBSE).
• Science (PCB) and Arts/Commerce students are eligible.
• Minimum 40% marks in aggregate (35% for reserved categories).
