BEL Hiring for a range of positions 2024:
The Ministry of Defense's Navratna Company, Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), has published the job announcement for Project Engineer I positions.
There are 45 openings in the fields of computer science, mechanical engineering, and electronics. The chosen applicants will temporarily work on a number of esteemed projects under the Hyderabad Unit. Candidates must have earned a BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering degree in the relevant discipline from an AICTE/UGC-accredited university.
Specific qualifications are:
Electronics: Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Science in Electronics, Communication, or Telecommunication. Mechanical engineering degrees include BE, B.Tech, and B.Sc. BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Age Limit :The maximum age is 32 years as of December 1, 2024.
Relaxation: SC/ST: five years.
OBC (NCL): three years
PwBD: 10 years (in addition to the category relaxation).
Experience All positions require at least two years of appropriate post-qualification industrial experience.
The Selection Process for BEL Recruitment 2024:
The selection process includes: A written test worth 85 points.
Shortlisted candidates based on written exam performance will be invited to an interview (15 marks).
Passing marks for General/EWS/OBC: 35%. (Written and Interview combined)
SC/ST/PwBD: 30%.
The following is the pay scale for Project Engineer
I: Monthly Salary for first 4 years
Year 1: ₹40,000
Year 2: ₹45,000
Year 3: ₹50,000
Year 4: ₹55,000
Extra Benefits: ₹12,000 per year for costs like as clothing allowance and insurance. A yearly retention incentive of ₹25,000, which is paid at the conclusion of employment.
