Selection Process for Air India Recruitment 2024

Candidates for various posts will be chosen through the following methods:

●All positions require either a face-to-face or online interview, depending on applicant numbers.

●The company may also hold a Group Discussion if deemed necessary.

●The selection process will take place on the same day or subsequent day(s).

Applicants for specific roles, including Senior Ramp Service Executive, Ramp Service Executive, and Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver, must undergo a Trade Test.

This test will assess both trade knowledge and driving skills, including a Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) driving test.

Only those who pass the Trade Test will be invited for an interview.

Successful candidates will be offered fixed-term contracts.

Selection will be based on merit, considering available vacancies and reservation policies for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Other Backward Classes (OBC).
