The Prime Minister's Special Scholarship Scheme (PMSSS) focuses to help students from Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh to pursue higher education across India. This initiative of Government provides financial assistance to meritorious and eligible students.The PMSSS Selection List 2024 has been released by Aicte on their official website and selected candidates will be informed through email as well. This PMSSS Selection List 2024 shows the names of candidates who are shortlisted for this scholarship.
How to Check the PMSSS Selection List 2024:
1. Candidates can visit the official PMSSS website (https://aicte-jk-scholarship-gov.in).
2. Go to the “Selection List” section.
3. Select the respective year (2024).
4. Candidates have to enter their application number and other required details.
5. The selection list will be displayed.
Candidates are advised to download and print the list for future reference.
Procedures after selection:
Candidates having their name on the PMSSS Selection List 2024, have to go through following process:
1. Document Verification: Candidates have to visit the prescribed facilitation center with all the necessary documents ( xerox) and undertaking for document verification within the deadline.
2. Counseling: Post verification, candidates must participate in the online/ offline counseling process for choosing their preferred course and institution.
3. Admission Confirmation: After counseling, candidates are advised to confirm their seats/ admission at the selected college.
4. Scholarship Disbursement: After getting admission confirmation, the scholarship will be credited to candidate's account in installments.
