Eligibility Of JkP Constable.

Eligibility criteria for jammu and kashmir police has been mentioned below.

• Candidate having domicile of Jammu and kashmir
• Candidates qualified 10th with minimum 35 percent marks.

Educational Qualification For Jammu Kashmir Police Constable

Candidate must have minimum 10th Pass from any recognised board state board or central board.

Age Limit.

Candidates must have minimum 18 years of age and maximum 28 years. How over in case of SPOs and JK Home guard upper age relaxation will be given upto 37 years and in case of ex service Mens upper age relaxation shall be upto 40 years .

Selection Procedure For JK Police Constable Recruitment.

The selection procedure for jammu and kashmir police constable recruitment shall be done in below mentioned 3 phases which are mentioned below.

Phase 1.

Phase 1 shall consist of PET candidates shall have to qualify thr PET test in which candidate shall have to cover 1600 metres running in 6.5 minutes.

Phase 2.

After successfully qualifying phase 1 candidates shall have to qualify the PST test in which height and chest shall be conducted conducted.

1. Candidate must have height 5.6 feet.

2. Candidate must have chest. 32 inch 

In case of ladakh candidates height shall be 5.4 feet.

Phase 3.

After successfully qualifying phase 1 and 2 candidates shall have to qualify last and important phase which is written exam in which candidates shall have to qualify the written exam which consists of 100 marks and 100 objective type questions from various sections

Syllabus For JKP Constable Recruitment.

The syllabus for jkp constable recruitment posts shall be 10th level which contains of following sections.

• General Science 
• General Knowledge.
• Reasoning.
• Appetite.

Paper Pattern 

The paper shall be consist of 100 objective type questions from different sections of above mentioned syllabus. Candidates shall be given 2 hours to complete the paper.
