AIIMS Nursing 2023 Exam Dates have been announced for July session. AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) conducts entrance exam of AIIMS Nursing. It is the National-level entrance exam conducted for B.Sc. & M.Sc. Nursing admissions every year.

How to Register for AIIMS Nursing?

Registration can be done in two steps – Basic Registration & Final Registration.

In the basic registration candidates have to fill their basic details – DOB, name, gender, category, etc.

Candidates have to generate their unique code after successfully completing their basic registration.

At the time of final registration, candidates have to make choice of exam centers and pay online application fee. Application fee can be paid through debit card/ credit card/ net banking modes.

After fee payment, final status of application can be checked by students whether application is accepted or rejected.

AIIMS Nursing 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Given below is complete AIIMS Nursing eligibility criteria 2023 which must be followed while applying for the different nursing courses:

For B.Sc Nursing (Post-Basic):

The candidate must have completed the HSC (12th) examination or some other examination equivalent to it. Those students passed their 11th on or before 1987 are also eligible.

The candidate must be holding a diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery.

Applying candidate must be registered as a Nurse, Registered, Registered Nurse (RN), or Midwife (RM), with the state Nursing Council.

In case of male nurses, (if passed before implementation of new integrated course in 2003) should have a certificate of GN and Training in Midwifery for a period of six months).

AIIMS Nursing 2023 Exam Pattern

Following is the AIIMS Nursing exam pattern 2023 for the entrance examination:

Mode of Exam: The examination will be conducted via online mode only.

Duration: Those who have applied for B.Sc (Hons.) nursing need to complete the paper within 2 hours. For those who have applied for M.Sc Nursing & B.Sc Nursing (Post-Basic) course, 2 hours and 30 minutes is the time.

Medium: The entrance examination will be conducted in the English language only.

Types of Questions: The question paper will consist of Multiple -Choice Questions (MCQs).

Sections: The question paper will be divided into four sections.

Marking Scheme: The candidate will receive 1 mark for every correct answer.

Negative Marking: There will be a deduction of 1/3 marks for every incorrect response.
